I used to read a lot of Healthy Living blogs that participated in something called "What I Ate Wednesday" (WIAW) which was hosted by Peas and Crayons. Peas and Crayons would aggregate all the photos and link all the photos. As usual I'm about 2 years late to the party. Also FYI - I don't think anyone should give a rats ass about what I ate on Wednesday. Nevertheless, I present to you: What I Ate Wednesday:

Green protein shake - coconut milk, coconut water, greens, protein, flax seed oil, and probiotics

Coffee with a mix of almond milk and coconut milk


Kitchen sink salad... mixed greens, turkey, cauliflower, broccoli, avocado, Trader Joe's siracha hummus, and balsamic vinaigrette with a side of seltzer.

Dean & Deluca Falafel chips - so good!!

Gluten free pumpkin scone. Post teaching yoga treat courtesy of Butterfield Express. I don't usually eat baked goods but this pumpkin scone was calling my name. 


Trader Joe's cauliflower rice (!!!) with homemade bison tomato sauce with a side of chicken soup with yucas (also from Butterfield Express)
