This place is totally off the radar but it is a total GEM! I like to think of this place as the original Orange Theory Fitness. When you arrive they give you a heart rate monitor (no additional charge) and you try to keep your heart rate in level 4 (orange zone) or at 80%. You do four 5 minute sessions on a Helix which kind of feels like an elliptical interspersed with other exercises like TRX, lunges, squats, burpees, bicep curls, etc.
The bottom line, what I like best about this place is that it's a challenging class but it isn't TOO challenging. It's a method that I believe can get you into very good shape and transform your body if that is what you are looking for, but it's not going to KILL you.
