June Goals

There are certain yoga poses that I want to improve so I have made it my goal to practice the following everyday for the month of June

– Handstand

– Headstand

– Side Crow

– Full Split

– Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (extended hand to big toe pose)

I also want to:

– foam roll every day

– look into volunteer opportunities that align with my passions

– go to a dermatologist for a mole check ( I don’t think I’ve done this since I was 18)
